Level 1 - Summon 1 turtle into a random vacant position, which inherits 30% of Darwin's starting attributes. If there are no vacant positions, an Ultimate Skill will be used instead.
Level 2 - Inherited Attributes increase to 50%.
Level 3 - Inherited Attributes increase to 70%.
